Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to the AgentHC website, newsletters, alerts, dashboards, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Account and signup information

• Email address: used to create your account, sign you in (magic link or Google sign-in), and send transactional and newsletter messages.
• Name: if you provide it or it is returned by Google sign-in.
• Subscription plan (Free, Pro) and billing status.
• Eligibility / age attestation: your confirmation that you are a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old.
• Agreement records: the versions and timestamps of the OPRA non-professional data agreement and the advisory/risk terms you accepted, and the IP address recorded at the time of acceptance.

OPRA non-professional subscriber information

To provide live OPRA-derived market data (real-time NBBO bid/ask and live Greeks/implied volatility) under the OPRA non-professional subscriber agreement, the options exchanges and OPRA require us to collect and retain certain subscriber identifying information, which may include your name and mailing/postal address and your non-professional attestation. This information is collected only to administer market- data entitlements and to meet OPRA/exchange recordkeeping requirements, and we do not use it for marketing.

Billing information

When you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; we receive limited information such as a Stripe customer identifier, plan, and payment status.

Usage and device information

We collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and pages viewed, and we use a session cookie ("ahc_session") that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use information

• operate, secure, and improve the Service and your account;
• authenticate you and remember your sign-in;
• process subscriptions and recurring billing through Stripe;
• provide live OPRA-derived market data under the OPRA non-professional agreement and administer market-data entitlements;
• send transactional messages (sign-in links, billing notices, service notices) and, if you opt in, newsletters and alerts;
• maintain compliance and recordkeeping (eligibility attestations, agreement versions, and acceptance timestamps); and
• comply with law and enforce our Terms.

4. Third-party processors and sharing

We share personal information with service providers ("processors") that act on our behalf, under contract, only as needed to provide the Service:

We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users and the public. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Other account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your privacy rights (CCPA / GDPR) and the legal-hold carve-out

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and individuals in the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. We honor verified requests to the extent the law requires.

To exercise a right, email privacy@traderhc.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also opt out of newsletters at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails (transactional and service messages are not optional while you have an account).

7. Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary session cookie ("ahc_session") to keep you signed in and to protect requests. It is set with HttpOnly and SameSite protections and, on HTTPS, the Secure flag. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Session tokens are stored only as salted hashes, and payment card data is handled by Stripe rather than stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is intended only for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where required, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
